Cancellation/Return Policy

Unfortunately, Rose à vie® does not accept returns on arrangements unless damaged in transit. If your arrangement was damaged during transit, please contact us so we can make it right info@roseavie.com. We do not issue refunds.

If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us at least 24 hours after you place the order. Additionally, due to personal customization and on demand creation of each arrangement, if your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be cancelled. Note that a same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
